Cars graded R or RA at Japanese auction, and cars the auction did not grade: repaired, modified or in need of work, priced accordingly, with the auction sheet describing what was done.

Grade R or RA means panels have been repaired or replaced, or the car has been modified: a body kit, aero parts or a carbon wing can earn one. Ungraded cars were not graded at the auction, often because they need work. The inspector’s notes on the sheet say what was done. These cars sell for much less than clean-grade equivalents and suit project builders, drift builds and trade buyers.
