Overview of the Mercedes-AMG G63
This is a 2025 Mercedes-AMG G63, chassis code 4AA-465250C, first registered in April 2025 (Reiwa 7) and offered at USS Kyushu as lot 83003. It is finished in black (colour code 197), runs a 4.0 litre petrol engine with automatic transmission and four wheel drive, and is a left hand drive dealer import. The odometer on the auction sheet reads 1,129 km, approximately 702 miles, so this is a near new car in every practical sense.
The auction grade is 6 with an interior grade of A, and the damage diagram carries no marks at all. The sheet lists it as a one owner car bought directly from the private owner, with the new car service book and warranty booklet present. The specification is rich: MANUFAKTUR Programme Plus, the AMG Night Package, 21 inch AMG alloy wheels, a panoramic sliding roof and genuine navigation with digital TV and a 360 degree camera. The auction is on 10 October 2026.
The Drive Review
The G63 is one of the stranger and more entertaining performance machines on sale. The W463A generation keeps the traditional ladder frame and three locking differentials, so the car can still go where a Defender would, but it pairs that with a hand built 4.0 litre twin turbo V8 from AMG. The engine is the whole personality: a deep, bassy idle, a rapid swell of torque from very low revs and a bark from the side exit exhausts that you can see exiting ahead of the rear wheel in the photographs. In launch form the G63 produced about 585 PS and 850 Nm, enough to move a car of well over two tonnes to 100 km/h in the mid four second range.
The nine speed automatic gearbox is smooth in town and quick when pushed. The independent front suspension introduced with this generation transformed the old model's vague steering, and the G63 now tracks straight and corners with a flat, confident stance, helped by AMG's adaptive damping. It still feels tall and upright, and it still has the vertical glass and boxy shape that make every journey feel like an event. Do not expect a sports saloon. Expect a very fast, very imposing machine that rewards a relaxed, assertive driving style, with fuel use and tyre and brake wear to match.

Factory Features and Equipment
The sales points on the sheet list MANUFAKTUR Programme Plus, which is Mercedes' factory personalisation scheme, the AMG Night Package with its blacked out exterior details, a body coloured spare wheel ring, AMG 21 inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sliding roof, and genuine navigation with digital TV and a 360 degree camera. The points to note add seat heaters and seat ventilation. Automatic air conditioning is marked on the sheet.
The photographs show the black wheels with red brake calipers, a full width widescreen cockpit with digital instruments and a central touchscreen, the AMG steering wheel, ambient lighting, turbine style air vents and the pale quilted seats. The equipment box on the sheet (sunroof, genuine wheels, power steering, power windows, leather, TV, navigation, airbags) has every label printed inside an oval, so it cannot be read which items are hand marked. Treat the sales points above as the confirmed equipment list. Electric seat functions and the audio system are not confirmed on the sheet.
Japanese Auction Report Translation
The sheet identifies the car as a Mercedes-AMG G-Class, grade G63, chassis 4AA-465250C, first registered April 2025, 4,000 cc, five door, four wheel drive, automatic transmission and automatic air conditioning, with an odometer of 1,129 km. It is a petrol, left hand drive dealer import with seating for five. Evaluation is 6 and the interior supplementary grade is A.
The sales points state that the car was bought directly from the private owner, that it has had one owner, and that it has MANUFAKTUR Programme Plus, the AMG Night Package, a body coloured spare wheel ring, AMG 21 inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sliding roof and genuine navigation, digital TV and 360 degree camera. The new car service book with warranty booklet is marked present.
The points to note list seat heaters and ventilation, and state that the car is partly wrapped, meaning some areas carry vinyl wrap. The sheet does not say which panels. It also says that the owner's manual, warranty booklet and spare key are sent on separately after the sale, written as 後送. The inspector's only comment is small creases on a seat. No engine, gearbox, leak, warning light, rust or underbody comments are recorded.
The sheet also prints a cargo dimensions box of 469 cm long, 198 cm wide and 198 cm high, and a first choice line reading Prime that is partly cut off. The bottom of the sheet is cropped, so anything further down could not be read.
Damage Diagram and Body Condition
The vehicle diagram has no marks. There are no scratch, dent, repair, replaced panel, rust or glass codes anywhere on it, which fits the grade 6 assessment. The one caveat is the partial wrap noted on the sheet. A wrap can cover paint and its edges can hide small marks, so ask us before bidding if wrap coverage matters to you, though the sheet itself does not say where it is.
The photographs show glossy black paintwork with no visible damage, clean black wheels with red calipers, an intact Night Package grille and trim, and the body coloured spare wheel cover on the tailgate. Overall this is close to showroom condition, best described as collector grade for a car of this age and mileage.
Interior Condition
The interior grade is A, and the only inspector comment is small creases on a seat. That is normal on pale leather and consistent with the photographs, which show clean, lightly creased quilted seats, an undamaged dashboard and tidy trim. The key fob visible on the driver's seat sits inside a blue case. The spare key is not with the car and is sent on separately according to the sheet. Smoke and odour comments do not appear on the sheet.
The photograph of the instrument cluster shows Japanese language messages, and the screens are working. The odometer figure on the sheet is the reference for mileage rather than the cluster photograph.
Japanese Auction Grades
Grade 6 is at the top of the numerical scale used by Japanese auctions and is reserved for near new cars with no visible faults. Interior grade A is the best interior rating. Both match the clean diagram and the single minor seat comment on this sheet.
Model History
The G-Class began life in 1979 as a military and utility vehicle developed with Steyr Puch, and it has never lost its upright look. AMG built its first G63 on the older body, and the current W463A generation appeared in 2018 with a new chassis, independent front suspension and a much more modern interior, while keeping the ladder frame and the three locking differentials. The G63 uses a 4.0 litre twin turbo V8 from AMG, and later years brought the widescreen cockpit and refinements you see in this car.
The chassis code 465250 identifies the G63 in this generation, and the 4AA prefix is the Japanese type approval for the dealer import. MANUFAKTUR is Mercedes' factory personalisation programme, and cars with it often have more specific colour and trim combinations than a standard order.
Why This Model Has Become Collectible
The G63 is not an old car, but its demand is global and unusually steady. It has an unmistakable shape that has barely changed in decades, a hand built V8, genuine off road ability and a reputation as one of the most visible status cars in the world. New examples often have long waiting times, so low mileage cars with the right specification tend to draw strong interest on the used market.
This car adds a one owner history, the original service book, a desirable black and pale grey specification, and a mileage so low that it is effectively new. Cars like this are getting harder to find in Japan with such low mileage and clean sheets. We make no promise about future values, and we would not call it an investment. It is a car bought to be driven and enjoyed.
What To Look For When Buying This Model
On the W463A G63, the cost of running matters more than reliability. Heavy fuel use is part of the car, and big 21 inch tyres and large brakes are expensive to replace, so check the tyre date codes and the remaining pad and disc thickness once the car reaches you. At 1,129 km none of this should be an issue yet.
Because the sheet says the car is partly wrapped, ask where the vinyl sits and what the paint beneath it looks like. Confirm the service book entries match the mileage and, since the sheet says the warranty booklet and manual are sent on separately, ask Autoselecta to confirm what will arrive with the car. Check the electronics carefully after arrival, including the 360 degree camera, navigation, ventilated seats, sunroof operation and the driver assistance systems, as the G-Class has many of them. Also check the navigation and connected services, because Japanese market software and language settings may need attention in your country.
Why Import This Car From Japan
Japanese auctions offer a rare combination of low mileage, detailed inspection and honest grading. A one owner G63 with 1,129 km and a clean diagram is the kind of car that seldom reaches the open market elsewhere, and the sheet lets you see its condition before you bid.
Ultimate Guide For Japanese Imports
The process is simple. You choose a car, we place your bid at auction, and if it is won we handle the paperwork, export and shipping. Left hand drive suits many markets, but import rules for age, emissions, safety and registration differ by country, so check your own rules and speak to us before bidding.
Why Import Through Autoselecta
Autoselecta gives you direct access to Japanese auctions, translated and checked auction sheets, vehicle sourcing, bidding assistance, export handling, shipping and arrival and import support in your own country, with tracking where available and clear communication throughout. We will tell you plainly what the sheet says, including the points you may not want to hear.

Auction Caution
Auction cars are inspected before sale but they are still used vehicles. The auction sheet is an independent condition guide and not a mechanical warranty. For this car, note that it is partly wrapped, that the inspector recorded small seat creases, and that the owner's manual, warranty booklet and spare key are sent on separately after the sale and are not confirmed as arriving with the car. The equipment box could not be read, and the bottom of the sheet is cut off. Even a car of this age may need servicing or attention after purchase, so plan for it.
